lovely hotel for the airport,£10 taxi to centre. great food and staff very nice. free airport shuttle is gone so cld be a cost factor

found the room to be very clean and nicely made up bed was extremely comfortable 10/010. food at the bar was lovely and reasonably priced. One downside was £16 each for breakfast is way overpriced and not recomended. would stay again as overall hotel is very good and convenient for airport

The staff were extremly helpful, I had a puncture on my car, I asked if they could let me know where i could get it repaired, I was give the name, phone number and directions to find them, because of this help I was able to get the puncture fixed and not miss any of my appointments. All in all very helpful.

I don't think I could ever say enough good things about this hotel. I love the Art-Deco feel of the building itself. The staff all seem to be just naturally and friendly and I always feel at home when staying there. The breakfast is superb; great selection and top quality. Super-comfy beds. Handy for the airport and a short spin on the bus (86A or 82)brings you to South Parkway rail station from where you can get to the city centre very quickly. Possibly my favourite hotel!
