Location
This hotel is situated in the heart of London Docklands, only a short distance from London City Airport (around 3 km), Canary Wharf (5 km approx) and Tower Bridge (8 km approx). The Docklands Light Railway (DLR) stops at Custom House for ExCeL for direct access to the western entrance of the ExCeL centre and is directly opposite the hotel. The DLR provides direct links to the London underground network including the Jubilee Line at Canning Town station, District and Circle at Tower Gateway, Northern Line, Central, Waterloo and City, Circle and District Lines at Bank Station.
How To Get There
By car: the hotel is just a 10 minute drive from Tower Bridge and a 25 minute drive from Junction 30 on the M25. Easily reached from Central London via the Limehouse Link and via the M25, A13, M11, A406 (North Circular), the Blackwall Tunnel and Rotherhithe Tunnel from other parts of the country. From the M25 North: at Junction 27 follow the M11 towards London City. On the M11, exit at Junction 4 onto the A406 (towards Ilford, Barking and Excel). Once past Ilford and Barking, visitors will arrive at a roundabout. Follow the A1020 in the direction of City Airport/Excel. Pass Gallions roundabout, the Docklands Campus and the Regatta Centre and follow the signs to Custom House/Canning Town. This will take visitors to Victoria Dock Road and the hotel can be found be on the right-hand side.

The following accommodation is available: a choice of 122 standard bedrooms or 156 superior bedrooms, all individually air-conditioned. All the rooms also include an en suite power shower (no bath) and hairdryer, remote control television, direct dial telephones with voice mail, Internet access, double bed and tea and coffee making facilities in room. Disabled access and facilities are available.
Meals
Rates include a continental breakfast each morning. Guests may ask for an English breakfast for an upgrade charge. There are restaurants, pubs and cafes in the hotel where guests have to pay directly.

Rooms were tiny, and very hot rooms, shower was awful and very very little, the stuff in the hotel was very unfriendly and it seems smiling cost money with them,

The room I was staying in first the air conditioning did not shut off. I had to change rooms where the air conditioning did not work.

Hotel very basic, was not expecting bunk bed overhead, toilet was like something from a plane. Staff not very helpful or plesant. The only good point was that we were only there for 1 night and that it was near to 02 arena.
