Heating could have been better though unseasonably cold weather

This was my second stay in the hotel - I returned because of its convenience for Underground and Heathrow, its reasonable cost and the friendliness of staff. On arrival, the room this year was not as clean as last year but the cleaning (and all) staff were very helpful. For a reasonably priced hotel with easy access to Heathrow and London, it is hard to beat. For those on a low budget, the Bed with Continental Breakfast option is very good. The breakfast is very generous.

A really good hotel - very close to Hounslow Central Tube station which is on the Piccadilly Line (Zone 4) on the way to Heathrow airport. Its a modern building, very clean and everything looked pretty new. The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly when I arrived. The room I had was large and spacious, with tea and coffee making facilities and nice comfortable furniture. Also a very large bathroom with shower and lots of stuff like shampoos and soaps. Continental breakfast was included and was nice with croisants, buns and fruit selections. The check out was also fast and professional. This hotel would be very handy for anyone looking for a hotel near the airport for an early flight the next day, or arriving at heathrow on a late evening flight, and not wanting to go into Central London. There are lots of shops on Hounslow main street and the Treaty Shopping Centre about a 10 to 15 minute walk away.
Naturally there is some noise from the planes coming into Heathrow, but the windows are well insulated and I slept very well. I would definetly go back on my next trip to London.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The front desk and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful.
The WiFi was very good.
The continental breakfast had a good selection of items.
The carpeting throught the building was light in colour and was (unfortunately) badly stained. This presented a shabby appearance, despite the fact that everything else appeared clean.
The room did not have a clock or a fridge.
The maid service was slow to replenish items like toilet paper, facial tissue and plastic cups.
I would be happy to stay there again.
