The 75 bedrooms all have full facilities and are basic but modern in design. The walls are white and very bare but the colourful patterned furnishings help make the room look brighter. Most of the rooms are small but in good condition. The restaurant offers spectacular views over the sea and is well presented with space around each table. The decor is basic with wooden floors and attractive floral table displays. Locally caught fresh fish is a speciality. This is a fairly modern, white building which is 3 storey and is surrounded by amazing countryside. The car park is situated at the front and the outdoor pool is at the back. The hotel lobby is medium in size and leads directly into the restaurant. There is a very long reception desk and a tiled floor. The decor is very colourful and there are a few seats available. This is an excellent hotel suitable for any market. The grounds are particularly beautiful. (01/05 LD)

The hotel is located admits the most spectacular scenery in Ireland and is halfway round the famous ring of Kerry, overlooking the Atlantic gulf stream waters and is 500 yards from the beach.

Hotel is basic but really enjoyed our stay, just one night. Staff very friendly. Hotel has been cleaned up since we last stayed there. Did not get to eat there this time but next time we stay we will try the food. It's in great location next to O'Carrolls Cove or Caherdaniel village.
