The hotel is named after the Roman theatre, of which the remains are next to the building. This hotel was renovated in 2005 and comprises 7 floors, with a total of 52 rooms, of which 9 are junior suites. This hotel is situated in Paris' fifth arrondissement, at the centre of the Roman quarter and right by the Arenes de Lutece. The famous cathedral of Notre Dame, the Pantheon, as well as the Botanical Gardens and the National Natural History Museum are all around 10 minutes away on foot. In the immediate vicinity is the Mouffetard - an area of narrow, cobbled streets, interesting shops and charming restaurants and bars. The Place Monge metro station (line no. 7) is only 10 metres from the hotel, making it easy to reach the city's other sights. Austerlitz railway station is around 1 km from the hotel, whilst Orly airport is roughly 15 km.
