Courtyard Rooms face south west and feature spacious balconies. Rooms are furnished with dark, rich and elegant furnishings. They feature all the mod cons including 42" flat screen tvs, x-box game consuls, iPod docking stations, broadband and wireless internet, and DVD players. The bedding is very comfortable with good quality linen and down pillows. The ladies will enjoy the Kevin Murphy toiletries. The bathrooms are quite small, but functional and modern. ALL ROOMS ARE NON-SMOKING. Penny's Lane restaurant is located to the left as you enter the lobby. It's a small, a la carte restaurant which offers an exceptional dining experience. The kitchen is headed up by Alastair Smith, a well known foodie who has formerly managed a number of acclaimed Sydney restaurants including Bistro Lulu and Light Bridgade. Medium rise, purpose built tower with car parking. There is a small driveway at the entrance of the hotel. The lobby is small with modern interior and limited seating. It is air-conditioned and brightly lit with concierge straight ahead as you enter and reception on the right. A high quality boutique hotel, opened in September 2007. Fantastic area to be located if you like a lively scene with hip restaurants and bars, and not too far from the CBD. Guests receive complimentary passes to the Fitness First gym which is located next door to the hotel.
