I was disappointed with my room. The walls needed to be cleaned or painted as there were dirt marks on them - the corridor i was staying on all seemed to be a bit scruffy paint wise. The lighting in the bedroom was too extreme and the room i had only had a shower not a bath which i was disappointed about as i was not given the option. The breakfast was good however the coffee was completelty cold. Coffee tea are served from drums which are obviously left there for hours. I went up and asked for a hot coffee and was returned the same cup that had had hot water added to it - not much better.
