Hotel was really cosy and welcoming. Ideally situated for the town and pier walks. Our room was very large with a Queen size bed which was very comfortable. However, we found Hardy's bar a little too dark to read the menu and enjoy a meal.

Good - The front desk staff are very helpful - the Hotel is very nicely decorated - the car park is free for residents of hotel - Overall good level of service from staff - the room was warm Bad - More expensive that other hotels with same number of stars, considering this hotel is not in city itself - They need to spend more on upkeep of green area in front of hotel. It looks as if they ran out of money before finishing this.

hotel and room nice, dungeon bar freezing, the only place with music and noone there because of cold, a lot of children with communions and confirmations. children very loud in mornings at seven o clock running corriders, will not be returning.

It was clean. The bar and the restaurant were more up market and pleasing than the price of the accommodation. And the waiter at the breakfast was suave without being obvious. Thanks

This was the second time I have stayed at the Kingston and I was disappointed to find that standards had fallen. Although the room was serviced every day, it was not vacuuemed at any time. The breakfast was adequate with plenty of food available but the cooked breakfast was greasy every day. There was insufficient hot water available.
