I wasnt very impressed with this "4 star" hotel. The location was fantastic. The breakfast was average at best. The staff were fine. I had booked a double room for myself and my wife and we were given a twin room. We asked to be moved to a double room and were told that they had nothing available that night. The next morning we asked to be moved to a double room and we were moved to the room next door which was a twin room with the beds pushed together. Very disappointed.

Just back from a super stay here! Hotel is lovely.... clean and basic which is most important!! hotel staff were so nice and had super english which made our stay easier. Special mention to Roberto in the bar..... a legend... better english than any Irish person... became out tour guide with invaluabe information. Really can speak not high enough about this hotel and would recommend highly.

Room was clean and tidy - if a bit small- however as we spent so little time in the room that did not matter. Public areas were bright and open and well furnished. Receptionist got us a taxi to the airport -no hassle. A minor niggle was that breakfast was "cleared" rather promptly. EF

We really enjoyed our stay in the Hotel Duomo,Pisa. The location is excellent..two minutes walk from the Leaning Tower and 20 minutes walk from the train and bus stations. The staff were very helpful..even allowed me to use the office computer when the public one wasn't available! The room was well maintained...sheets changed every day!The breakfast was very substantial...lots of everything and a very pleasant staff in the dining room. The only minus was the view from the window...a wall!Fortunately,we were so busy sightseeing we hardly noticed!
