This complex is located just 8 km from the entrance to the Walt Disney World park and a 5-minute drive from Highway 192 where guests will find a diverse selection of bars, restaurants and shops. Further attractions in the surrounding area include SeaWorld Orlando (19 km), Universal Studios Orlando (26 km) and the Florida Mall Shopping Centre (37 km). Busch Gardens Tampa Bay is 100 km away and Orlando International Airport is 39 km.
How To Get There
Guests arriving from Orlando Airport should take the South exit from the airport, signposted State Road 417, Kissimmee. Join SR 417 heading West (this is a toll road). Exit at junction 2 signposted Celebration, and at the end of the exit ramp, after passing through the toll booth, turn right onto Celebration Avenue and drive 0.5 km to the junction with US Highway 192. Here turn left onto Highway 192 and then right at the 2nd set of traffic lights onto Parkway Boulevard. Take the first left turn and the Welcome Centre where check-in will take place is on the right.
Room Description
Each accommodation unit features a fully fitted kitchen with a fridge/ freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, a stove/ oven and a coffee machine. Further room amenities include a washing machine, an ironing set, a dryer, bed linen, towels, a telephone, large flat screen, hi definition cable TV, hifi sound system and centrally controlled air conditioning. The master bedroom comes with a double bed and adjoining bathroom. The additional bedroom has either a double bed or 2 twin beds and a shared bathroom. A third half bathroom is adjacent to the first floor lounge. Each townhome has a private outdoor whirlpool spa. Maximum occupancy for all home types is 2 persons per bedroom.
Sports/Entertainment
The clubhouse is the social hub of the resort featuring a billiards lounge, TV room, fitness center, business center, gameroom and lounge area overlooking a resort oasis styled zero entry swimming pool, a second heated swimming pool, whirlpool sauna, childrens play area, barbeque area, wedding gazebo and fishing pier surrounding a well stocked 'catch and release' fishing pond.
Remarks
Check-in is from 4 pm. Check-in, registration and key collection are to be conducted at the Hotelbeds Homes Welcome Center, located at 6365 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Kissimmee, Florida 34747. After midnight key collection is from the electronic lock box at the Welcome Center. Homes assistance is available 24 hours a day by telephone on (free phone): 1 800 713 8356. Guests requiring assistance should select the urgent message option. When registering for the villa they will be asked to supply a credit card as security for the villa. A refundable security deposit of USD 500 is required at registration for each home or apartment that has been booked. The following items can be added to the booking at a daily additional fee: Property Protection Plan, supplemental housekeeping, Wi-Fi, crib and highchair rental. All townhomes are non smoking and pets are not allowed. Check- out time is 10 o' clock.
