All have ensuite facilities, are simply but nicely decorated featuring TV, direct dial telephone and some are equipped with a mini fridge. There is a small breakfast room located by the reception. It is a lovely looking victorian brick building which has been beautifully maintained and overlooks Clapham Common garden. A small lobby with a small seating area. This is an ideal alternative to central London but still within easy reach of all the main attractions that the city has to offer. The open space of Clapham Common and the tree lined streets in the area provide a relaxed feel to any stay. (0307RP)

Located with an excellent view overlooking the open space of Clapham Common and only a few minutes walking to Clapham Common tube station which is fifteen minutes of central London.

This Roomex.com Customer stayed here in December 2007
there was mildue in the shower, which was very unsatisfactory as it wasn't possible to have a shower throughout the stay! the room was also fairly damp and not very comfortable, overall not a very nice place to stay! i wouldn't reccommend it to others in the future!
