The hotel is very centrally located and is less than 10 minutes walk away from Grand Place, the historical centre of Brussels. The area was safe at night and only a couple of minutes walk away from La Bourse metro station. Unfortunately, for three of the four nights we stayed in the hotel - one or two homeless people decided to shelter in the doorway of a nearby bank, which was slightly unsettling.
The hotel itself was good. Our room looked out on central atrium rather than having an external view. The downside of this was it was difficult to tell what the weather was like outside but at least there was no traffic noise!
Breakfast in the hotel was excellent - with a good choice of breads, fruit, cereal etc. The room itself was fine. There was only one English language TV station (BCC London - not very exciting) and we had two single beds instead of a double bed.
I would recommend the hotel for its good location and good breakfast.
