We enjoyed a very relaxing and pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel is very conveniently located adjacent to Turia Metro Station, which provides for easy and rapid access to the city and airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful, though few actually spoke English. The room was a good size, clean and tidy with the usual comforts that you come to expect from a 4 star hotel room. However, one dissapointing feature was that it was not possible to set the air conditioning system to a comfortable and acceptable level, which would certainly be a serious concern for anyone staying during the much hotter summer months.
