yes we enjoyed our stay, nice and clean, good size room, close to airport, with bus service to & from airport £3 each way a bit much.over all v.good will stay here again i'm sure.

This hotel was better than the 2 previos Stansted hotel I have stayed at. Room size and quality were better than I expected for the price. Excellent location although I would have preferred the airport shuttle bus to run every 15 mins instead of every half hour. Breakfast was fine. Bottom line - next time I need to stay at Stansted I won't look anywhere else.

The bus service from hotel to airport and vice versa was very efficient. Booking in at hotel was quick. The room was very comfortable (labelled hard and soft pillows was nice touch, with good bathroom and tea and coffee. All in all a short but enjoyable stay.

On arrival to the hotel i was looking foward to having some dinner as hadn't eaten all day. Instead i was met at the entrance door, where a very long line of people were queing there to check in. It must have taken a half an hour for us to be checked in. Very dissapointing after a very long day. Eventually when check in, i went straight to the bar to get some food which was really nice and service was very promt. Rooms were very nice. Had only continental breakfast available to us as we were a 5.30am check out. Only for the check in had a very comfortable and pleasant stay

Hotel was excellent value for money. I had a late check in and an early flight the following morning so didn't want to spend to much money on a hotel for a few hours sleep. I usually book through last minute.com or bookings.com but Roomex.com gave the best rate by far.

Our first experience on landing in Stansted was the courtesy bus, it had no luggage space and was totally unsuitable for purpose. The room was adequate but the smell of cigarettes in the corridor was nauseating. The person serving in the bar was quite abrupt, really rude in fact .

The hotel was clean and close to the airport. The shuttle cost 2 Pounds but ran often. There was a bar/restaurant at the hotel but nothing around it other than a McDonalds and gas station.

I was not very impressed with the Holiday Inn Express at Stansted Airport. Firstly, there were not toiletries in the Bathroom. If you needed anything, you had to go down to reception to collect it. There was no Bath in the Bathroom. The shuttle bus to the airport only runs on the half hour- it should run four times an hour. The continental breakfast was very poor- cereal and tea/coffee. There was also a selection of three juices- that was it! This area was very messy- there was cereal all over the place and the dining area was not clean. On a plus note, the staff were quite friendly and helpful but I don't think that I would spend my money at this hotel again.

I booked this hotel because it was so near the airport terminal and also had a shuttle bus for a small charge. I arrived at the end of a stressful day so it was a relief to receive a friendly welcome from the desk staff. Checking in was straightforward with my prepaid online booking. The main floor looked a bit bland, but decent enough, and my own room was a standard hotel chain environment, but well-kept and relaxingly neutral. I had a quiet evening undisturbed; of course there was a TV, although I would have tuned to BBC Radio 2 for preference, but there was too much interference. The bed was comfortable with a choice of 'soft' and 'firm' pillows and I slept much better than I expected until the alarm at 4.50 am. Breakfast was a basic self-service coffee, juice, cereal, but adequate at what still felt like the middle of the night. The hotel transfer bus was on time and the driver was pleasant to all the passengers, even at 5.30 am! I got a good rate from Roomex, and a suitable hotel for future trips - thanks for your help, I'll use Roomex again.

All in all my stay was pleasant enough. The room was spacious and clean which is all I ask for a short stay over. My booking said it included breakfast and I was informed it started at 4am. When I went down for breakfast the only thing available was cereal and tea or coffee. I think fruit, yogurts and some bread for toasting should have been left out also. Or maybe crossaints or muffins. I was there at 4.30 am and cold cereal is not very pleasant at that time of the morning.

I checked in to the hotel and we were looking for a fast check in. And thats exactly what we got. Checked in at the desk in 2 minutes, and perfect service. I went to my room room which was in perfect condition and was very pleased. I returned to reception where I got a taxi within 5 minutes and I was on my merry way. I returned at approx 11.00pm, and had a drink in the bar which was well staffed and the service was excellent. I was leaving early the next morning and did not have time for breakie, but overall my stay was very enjoyable.

hotel was a short distance from airport. The shuttle bus service is an excellent service,and very well priced. The staff are very friendly, the hotel itself is in excellent condition,inside and out. The rooms are well decorated and very comfortable. Breakfast is on a buffet style,the choice of whats on offer are again very good. I will be using this hotel again and again on my journey's to England.

It was generally a good experience. We had to book in at short notice for a second night due to missing our flight and therefore they only had smoking rooms left. It was a little smelly but it was ok because it was last minute. In addition the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and this was a false alarm...at least we knew the fire alarm was working if there was a real fire!!! the staff were friendly and helpful and the dinner choice was pretty good also. The early morning breakfast (4-6 am) could have been better though for example some scones or crossaints or something to grab with a coffee. A reduced rate for the night would be better.

We arrived late and had to leave very early in the morning so we didn't spend much time in the hotel. Our check in was very efficient. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The shuttle bus is also a great service and for £2 each way, is well worth it. The hotel is very close to the airport and if I needed to stop over at Stansted airport again for a night I would have no hesitation is staying here again.

We really enjoyed the visit of all this hotel. Bus ride from London Stansted bus stop, which is near airport and bus that takes 5 minutes to get there. Quiet place. Nice to relax. Really nice and clean room. everything working perfectly. nice and friendly staff.

Perfect for an overnight stay to catch an early morning Flight. The hotel is approx. 5mins max. bus ride from the terminal. They have a bus that departs from the Airport every 15mins to bring you to and from hotel (£2 each way). The hotel is very clean, warm and modern with a nice bar to relax in. The Rooms are spotless and modern (non smoking room was spotless). The staff are very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone catching early morning flights.

Everything about this hotel was very very good. Except the reception's when we were booking in it was 11 am. She told us we could not book in until 2pm as that was the policy of the hotel and that they had no room's available. I explained we used the hotel on a regular basis and that we never encountered that problem. And that the hotel had a facility were you could book in early. She then advised me I could book in at that time if I paid £20.00. But before that they had no room's available but if I was willing to pay £20.00 all of a sudden a room could be come available. I left a room in the Hilton Hotel in Stansted Airport to stay at this hotel as this was recommended to me but after that experence I am not to sure ???????????
