Bedrooms vary in size from small to medium and are in excellent condition as well as air-conditioned. The design, furnishing, and selected colour schemes are modern and sober. Travellers will not miss any of the standard amenities and features they have come to expect and enjoy, such as cable television, hairdryers, direct dial telephone, and mini safes. The bathrooms are functional and likewise in excellent condition. Overall, the bedrooms are pleasing and were designed with functionality and comfort in mind. This hotel does not operate an in-house full-service restaurant. However, guests may enjoy the added value of a full licensed hotel bar as from late spring 2008. Guests may enjoy their breakfast in the cosy and authentic breakfast lounge, situated in the vaulted cellar. Hotel guests will find a wealth of dining possibilities, restaurants, bars, and grocery shops, with a large variety of ethnic Indian shops and restaurants, as they step outside of the hotel and within convenient walking distance. This is a 6-storey traditional building. The lobby is medium in size and accessible upon entering the hotel via the main entrance. The lobby area is bright, modern, elegantly trendy and open plan. Marble tiling, glass elements and natural wood elements harmoniously blend together. The lobby offers multiple seating areas, where travellers may relax and unwind as well as benefit of the added value of the hotel bar. This 3-star property, which has re-opened under a new and innovative branding and concept, may be considered an excellent superior tourist class property. Due to its close proximity and rapid access to the city centre and its major landmark sites, ideal connection to both of Paris' major international airports, the Eurostar Terminal, and the "Stade de France", this hotel is a perfect pick and ideally situated for leisure travellers visiting the French capital. This centrally located and entirely renovated hotel is a mere 5 minutes walking distance from the Eurostar terminal at Gare du Nord. This privileged location opens up a host of possibilities for visitors to conveniently discover and explore the city and its many major landmark sites, such as the Sacre Coeur and its Montmartre area, the Opera and adjacent department stores - the "Grands Magasins" - as well as convenient for swiftly crossing over to the left bank districts. This hotel is excellently connected to Paris' dense underground "Metro" network. "La Chapelle" metro station is less than a minute's walking distance from the hotel's doorstep. This area offers hotel guests a wealth of dining and shopping options, as well as entertainment opportunities thanks to close-by cinemas, restaurants, bars, and shops. As a point of particular interest, many ethnic Indian shops and restaurants are to be found nearby.

We stayed in the hotel for five nights in March and I would highly recommend this hotel to other tourists wishing to travel to Paris. The hotel is a 5 minutes walk away from Gare du Nord. It is predominantly a migrant area around Gare du Nord but I can truly say that as two girls travelling alone we expererienced no problems. There is an excellent selection of Indian and ethnic restaurants in the area which are extremely reasonabaly priced.
The staff in the hotel were polite and friendly and the hotel provides free internet access in reception. The room itself was large and clean, with a moderately sized bathroom and a large flat screen TV. No noise could be heard from the road. The room was cleaned on a daily basis by the housekeeping staff. The breakfast included in the price was unfortunately very poor - a self service coffee machine, inedible bread rolls and bad orange juice so I wold advise customers to go out for breakfast to one of the local Indian bakeries where you can have a croissant and coffee for a reasonable €2.00. If you chose to get something in Gare du Nord, you will pay predominantly more.
I very much enjoyed my stay in this hotel and would definitely return on future visits to the city.
