Hotel Details

These rooms are spacious with a lounge and coffee table. They also feature a balcony with stunning Darling Harbour views. Rooms and bathrooms are well appointed and in good condition. The Corn Exchange Restaurant is located in the lobby and is well regarded amongst locals for its seafood buffet and a la carte dining. There is a lobby bar situated just in front of the entrance to the restaurant. Outdoor dining in a peaceful courtyard adjacent to the restaurant is also available. Located at the front of the hotel entrance, you will find the Dundee Arms pub. Though to be Sydney's 4th oldest pub, it is small and quaint and is heritage listed. The hotel now operates it, and it is open for drinks and meals. Legend has it that the upstairs of the pub is inhabited by a friendly ghost! This hotel is a modern, white high rise curved building. It encompasses the restored features of the historical Corn Exchange Warehouse which can be seen mostly on the lower ground level of the hotel. The hotel is consequently a heritage listed building. The lobby area is medium in size and functional, with a bar and restaurant opposite the main entrance. There are 2 levels to the lobby with the lower level dedicated to group arrivals, whilst the ground level welcomes independent travellers. This is one of Sydney's largest hotels in an excellent location. It is a superior first class product with excellent views of Darling Harbour from its harbour view rooms. There is a fully equipped gym but no pool. There is a good range of souvenir shops within the hotel on the lower lobby. MN0908.
