In summary, the hotel is very centrally located, the staff very efficient and friendly and the food at breakfast was excellent in range and choice. Only a few minutes on foot from the central shopping area, the cathedral and one of the main underground stations, we only used public transport to travel to and from the airport and to get to Darmstadt for a quick side trip. Any request was dealt with quickly and efficiently although I was surprised to be charged a deposit of 20 euros for the loan of scissors. In fact all accessory charges were exhorbitant ranging from 35cents PER MINUTE to use the computers in the business area, 27 euros per day for wifi and approximately 4 euros for a bottle of water in the mini bar. The fitness centre seemed well equipped and the swimming pool provided a great way to fit in a little exercise on my weekend trip to Frankfurt for the Christmas market. I would definitely return to this hotel on a return trip to Frankfurt for either a business or leisure trip.

We had the one day booking 3-4 July confirmed by email from the Hilton Staff before we left Australia. Our late arrival was expected and we were made to feel very welcome when we arrived at the reception desk. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the breakfast buffet offered a huge selection of alternatives. It was a very enjoyable stay.

Hotel very convenient for train station and within easy walking distance of the main shopping area e.g. Zeil. Nice friendly staff. Lovely clean pool area on top floor with good facilities, a welcome swim after a long day's shopping! In terms of room facilities, we had a triple, not a big room but not a huge issue as we were not spending too much time there. Would mention that the bathroom is quite small and the walls paper thin. Breakfast was included in our rate and we had a good variety to choose from, so no problems there.

Overall a very good and excellent value hotel. Very well located. Near main rail station, bars, restraunts etc. Excellent breakfast and I found staff very friendly. Rooms, en suite etc very good. No air conditioning in the room that I booked but there was a ceiling fan. This proved ok however this could be a problem in very hot weather. Great little pool with sauna and steam room at the top of the hotel and nice relaxation area. No free wi-fi.Would be happy to return.

Location was very convenient - close to train station, but also within walking distance of centre. The staff were generally very helpful, although we did encounter one surprisingly rude individual. Breakfast was good and the rooms were spotless.

My wife and I were visting Frankfurt for the first time and stayed at The Meridien Park Hotel. It was a wonderful stay and the hotel lived up to all the good reviews it has received. The hotel is ideally situated within walking distance of the main train station but in its own little square and away from traffic etc. Very safe to walk around at night Our double room was very spacious and made a great first impression on us the minute we opened the door. Beautiful bathroom and great shower.The hotel was spotless with excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was by far the the best we have had in any continental hotel. We would highly recommend this lovely hotel and will certainly return.

Excellent service,great breakfast,rooms are clean and very quiet but a little old-fashioned. Its a five star hotel, but no wellness area(sauna,steam bath,pool etc.).Area:10min walk from main train staion,near river Main

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. You couldn't fault the room in any way, it was a fairly standard sized hotel room, clean and tidy. Great shower and very comfortable. Location-wise it was also very good, with 5-10 minutes walk from the main station. Staff very friendly, all in all, a very relaxing and enjoyable stay !

Our second time in this hotel, and this time we were on the courtyard side rather than the river side. VERY quiet, almost made it difficult to get to sleep (Good German beer solved that issue though ;-), not that the river side is noisy, just normal nighttime city traffic sounds) Nice clean hotel, close to the financial district, shopping and the old town centre. Excellent local transport links, Hauptbahnhoff (Main Train Station) was about 5 minutes walk away, with bus, U-Bahn (underground), S-Bahn (regional) and Schnellbahn (tram) links. An absolute doddle to get around. Room was small but fully equipped for our needs and the staff are very freindly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent, and was able to cope with our needs for a coeliac diet. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Frankfurt for a long weekend, excellent for sightseeing or shopping.
