Our Customer stayed here in November 2010
It is hard to better the hotel for position - the views, in particular from the roof garden are spectacular. The offer price was also excellent. We did feel that for a 4 star hotel some of the finish in the bedrooms could have been of a higher standard. The lavatory worked but sluggishly; the shower was good but the shower head did not stay upright and the bath needed resurfacing. The breakfast was very adequate but in no way different. Aside from that the staff were very friendly and helpful and we love Venice!
