Just stayed one night this time, with my family. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful especially Yuri who served Bar Food. Lovely for the hotel that it was so busy and crowded but too busy and noisy for me! Our bedroom was extremely hot and the radiator could not be adjusted, nor could we open the window because we were on the ground floor and it might not have been safe. A very pleasant member of staff brought us a fan for the room which helped somewhat. The room was excellent and comfortable otherwise. I previously stayed at the hotel in November and it was just as busy. Great for the hotel!

Second time staying in this modern, clean and well run hotel. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful and our room was large, clean and comfortable with an excellent bathroom. Breakfast was excellent, great choice whether you want a continental or the full Irish. I would have no hesitation in returning when we are in Galway again.

Got a great deal with roomex at this hotel, room was really nice no complaints at all, would recommend this hotel to anyone. Only had something small to eat in the bar on one evening but it was really good and the staff were all very nice.

We were delighted with our stay in Flannerys. Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms clean. Not a sound did we hear. So so important, most hotels fall down on this. Parking. Easy access to Galway City.

Very comfortable stay in hotel meyrick Galway. Staff were very helpfull and cortious. Breakfast was lovely and plentifull. Couldnt have asked to stay in a nicer hotel.

Stayed at the Meyrick for one night on the 2/12/11 for our annual shopping trip it was just perfect and so central, best part for us was there was a Christmas Market just outside the door on Eyre Square which immediately put us in the Christmas spirit. When we arrived our car was parked for us which was only 5 euro for our stay, we had lunch in the bar which was amazing, staff were so friendly & helpful. Our room was on third floor, quite spacious with lovely high ceilings and had everything we needed although we did not spend much time in it. Breakfast the following morning was delicious fresh and a great start to our busy day. Would definitely stay in Meyrick and will be using Roomex in the future they were more than helpful with our booking! Carol

Were there recently for a wedding - it was nice and comfortable. Was a litle bit disapointed with room as next to lift and noise level re lift and the irish drinkers bit loud so nights sleep broken coupla times Found the bedroom nice and cosy though - breakfast was tasty

We really enjoyed our stay. The Staff were very friendly and helpful. We dined in the bar one night and the food was excellent. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Excellant Taxi service from the Hotel into Galway City. We will stay there again.

Everything was fine, check in, room, shower, breakfast, staff! All this was lovely. However, we had a non smoking room and there were non smoking rooms on either side of us! we awoke to the most disgusting smell of cigarette smoke in our room. Obviously someone was smoking in the rooms beside us and I know there isn't much that ye can do but just said I'd let ye know! It was so disgusting and actually made us physically sick. Thanks!

I sent my parents here for a present. They could not get into their hotel room on arrival as there was a problem with the cards. After a member of staff rechecked and tried to reprogramme the door they had to go to the hassle of being rechecked into another room. The smoke alarm went off 3 times at 6 in the morning, upon check out the only thing they recieved as conpensation was a €30 vouvher off a spa treatment in the hotel and the treatment must be over 1 hour long (thus is dearer). Neither of them have ever had a spa in their life! ! This to me is not good enough, they were back home by 11am the following morning so the relaxing break i thought they would have was not to be. All that said they did say the hotel was lovely and the staff were nice.

Overall quite satisfied with the stay, which was for business reasons. I spend most of my working week travelling for business and as a consequence stay in a lot of hotels. Reception staff were friendly and helpful and I wasn't unduly delayed on check in or out. However some items I did notice about the room were the fact that a bulb was missing from a bedside light, the hot water took some minutes to come through (possibly because the room was at a far end of a corridor)and a window outside the room door to the outside was broken with the result that it was quite noisy at times. Breakfast was good. I have no problem staying again.

Clean, comfy bed, good breakfast. Gym & pool has everything you need. I'd stay there again

Got a good deal on this hotel, it's fine, nothing amazing. Bit out of town so you'll need a taxi (€12) to go in and out of city at night. Other than that it's grand and does the job!
