Clean hotel, great location. The C1 bus from Atocha train station takes you right to Puerta de Toledo, 2 minute walk from hotel. The C2 bus goes right back there - but this circular line finishes early in the evening, check the times. Get the metro then. Rooms good, clean, spacious.. Towels clean but old. Small reception, could be quicker at processing. Friendly.

This hotel was very clean and comfortable with close proximity to the metro station. Breakfast was extremely good with lots of choices of food. Overall I enjoyed my stay here.

Excellent value for money hotel. The staff are very friendly, the buffet breakfast is excellent and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient just 1 minute walk from the metro, a 10 minute walk to Plaza Mayor and 15 minutes to Gran Via, both of which have plenty of shopping and restaurants. Highly recommended.

We were not looking for much basically a place to crash out at nights.Ganivet had that and the rooms were to a high enough standard.The roooms were kept clean and were comfortable enough for two(we were in twin rooms). Never ate their brakfasts cause we were never up early enough so can't comment there. The staff at the front desk were very helpfull and spoke very good English which helped us greatly having limited Spanish.

Reception staff very friendly & helpful. Great location to city centre & metro. Breakfast was excellent & kept us full for the whole day. Room was very clean & comfortable
