Hotel Holiday Inn Express is a very welcoming convenient central Hotel in Glasgow On our arrival at 9.30 the allowed us to check in early at 9.30 and also gave us a complimentary breakfast on that first morning. Very helpful staff, provided blow heater when room was a bit cold and also got us a very good deal taxi to the Airport on departure. I have stayed here before and will stay again. Great location for attening Celtic Connections !!

enjoyed our two night stay so did my two sisters room was clean and comfortable breakfast layout was excellent only problem both mornings in both containers was watery breakfast orange some breakfast staff had little English. staff in general very helpful. one thing badly needed is set down area outside hotel

Fantastic hotel free wifi, hot breakfast, spacious room, great customer service and a central location for under 50 euro a night. Can't go wrong really!

We recently stayed in the Charing Cross Premier Inn in Glasgow and found the staff to be very friendly indeed despite the fact that there was a high turnover of guests both checking and out as we arrived. Our room was very clean and comfortable but I would agree with previous reviewers that the road noise is a factor. All in all, we will use the hotel again as it is very central and certainly was more than adequate for our needs at that time. Regards and once again, thanks for a very efficient service, I have reccommended the service to my friends.

I enjoyed staying at the hotel at Charing cross as it was close to the shopping streets of Glasgow and there were many places to go to in the evening for food and drinks!! The hotel was clean and tidy pretty much what you expect from the "chain" type hotel. The Taxis were great as it was only £20 from the airport to the hotel door.

Stayed here for two nights end of October and it was very good. The staff were very friendly,location excellent and the breakfast great! The room was perfect and very quiet - had a great 2 nights sleep! Have stayed in Novotels before and would highly recommend them.

The hotel and the staff were superb. When I stay over in any hotel I generally stay in the bar/restaurant but the bar in the Novotel needs to 'cosy ' up. Other than than that I'll certainly be back.

Stayed at the Eurohostel for two nights on the weekend of 19th and 20th Feb. I live in Orkney and was down for the football. I always stay in the Euro because of its excellent service and the staff always make you feel very welcome. This time was no different. We even had the fire alarms go off but they handled the situation very well and made us feel safe. I will be back.

The hotel is close by to the Central Train Station, a little rough around the edges, but none-the-less, comfortable and functional. Avoid the internet terminals @ £1.00 per 20 mins and no printing facilites, not ideal. You can easily find a cheaper internet facility in the town if needed. Be warned if your room is on the front of the buillding, as the road outside can become extremely noisy with traffic till the early hours of the mornning. Taking all the above into account, it served my purposes well for a cheap, practical yet functional stay if all you need is a comfy bed and a decent bathroom for a few nights, at a good price you would be hard pushed to find anything better located for access to all that Glasgow has to offer. I would certainly consider using it again.

I was staying at the airport as I was in Glasgow for a funeral and was flying back the following morning at 7am. I arrived at the hotel at 8.30am on morning of my stay expecting at most the capability to just drop my bag at the hotel. However, the staff with out me even asking could I check in early got me into my room straight away. Rooms - The rooms were superb for the money paid and I would not hesitate to stay here again. Good size tv (important), clean room, shower head spotless (something I always check!) and plenty of towels etc. Location - From walking out of my room I was at the security gate in 5 mins. For those of you who like to stay in bed as long as you can this hotel can not be beaten for location at the airport.

I've stayed here a few times and the standard is what I have come to expect. One blemish however was that this is the first time I have been charged for parking. Although the 10 Pound fee still made the stay cheaper than if I had used another web site it was an unexpected surprise when I checked out in the morning.
