The renovated rooms have been very well decorated in a very modern style with wooden floor boards and dark furniture. The bathrooms have also been entirely refurbished and are fully tiled in white. These rooms are in excellent condition. The rooms which have not been renovated look tired in comparison. All rooms are of a medium size. The hotel has several restaurants. The breakfast is served on the mezzanine floor. The restaurant l'Horloge is on the ground floor, furnished in a brown and rusty colour scheme and offering brasserie-style cuisine. On the top floor is the Livingstone bar and restaurant laid out with dark wooden floorboards and furnished in a colonial style. Large windows offer a beautiful view over the rooftops of old Nice and the sea. On the rooftop is a snack restaurant, which serves light meals poolside. This is a splendid traditional building, dating from the beginning of the century, painted in a pale yellow. The lobby area is medium in size and has been very pleasantly decorated. At the back of the lobby is a comfortable lounge area which has been attractively decorated in rusty and pale brown colours. A beautiful marble staircase leads to the mezzanine floor and the lift via which the top floor restaurant and rooftop can be reached. This is truly a grand hotel in an excellent location.
