These bedrooms were newly built in the course of 2006-2007 and all have a king size bed as minimum, they are very spacious and have a contemporary and modern style compared to the rest of the hotel, which is more traditional. The new bedrooms also have the added benefit, compared to the rest of the hotel, of being air conditioned. The hotel has two restaurants. L'Auberge is a brasserie proposing traditional Alsacian dishes. Le Rendez-Vous de Chasse is a gourmet restaurant with one Michelin star. The hotel is housed in a traditional building. The reception area is medium and cosy and open up on a renovated lounge area furnished with contemporary leather armchairs. This is a well-known hotel offering comfort in the centre of Colmar and a good modern standard in the new rooms.
