The rooms vary in size because of the age of the building, but all are well maintained and are quite contemporary. The decor is quite plain and restful, with light colours dominating. The restaurant is a kind of winter garden located to the rear of the lobby area adjacent to the bar. It is well presented and comfortable. This is a classical style building which fits beautifully with the local architecture. The medium sized lobby has traditional, yet light coloured decor with large windows to the front. The rear has a darker bar area with sumptuous armchairs. This is a nice hotel in the heart of Bayonne.
