Each room is equipeped with temperature-controlled air-conditioning, remote controlled TV with Thai and international cable channels, mini bar and IDD phone. All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities. Bathrooms are small with tub or shower, hot and cold water and the usual amenities provided. There is only one outlet near the lobby that provides both Thai and European cuisine at value for money prices. Poor bar offers refreshing drinks as well as different kind of snacks and international dishes. It is constructed of brick and tile in courtyard style with extensive gardens. The low-rise construction provides balconied accommodation coupled with a number of one-bed bungalows. The lobby is small with ample seating next to the café. The public areas are clean and tidy surrounded by various tropical plants and trees. This is a fine hotel with excellent basic amenities in a good location. (07/08SW)
