First impressions were very good on arrival. However As I walked through the hotel on my way to my room I noticed the bad state of the room doors and the fire doors. My room definitely needed a facelift. The wall was badly marked behind the armchair. The Wooden panel of the bath needed repainted as it was peeling. Facilities in the room were very good. However the lead of the kettle was not very secure in the kettle. The kettle kept cutting out. There was only 1 packet of biscuits which held 2 very small biscuits. Not much for two people. There was a very stale smell in the room when I woke in the morning. Breakfast was ok. I would stay here again if the price was right. I got a good deal with Roomex so I was more than happy. The hotel is in an ideal position, just around the corner from South Kensington Underground.
