Located at one end of the main street running through Rotorua - Fenton Street. The accomodation is very close to the world famous Te Puia NZ Maori arts and craft institute (formerly known as Whakarewarewa). Its also only one block to the Rotorua golf course. A 5 minute drive to the city centre.
