The Best Western Hotel Hansa in Wiesbaden is my "home from home", as I stay there once or twice per year when visiting friends and family. It has been a consistently pleasant experience and I have no plans to change this arrangement. The location is superb, the rooms comfortable, the breakfast bar sumptuous, there is a first class Italian restaurant and the staff are friendly and helpful. I hope this hotel will never change anything.
