Customer Reviews for Hauteville Opera Hotel Paris
Our Customer stayed here in February 2011
We were there only for the night, with two small children, 4 and 23 months. Staff very friendly. Didn't hear any noise from street. Plenty restaurants nearby. Room good size, two double beds, (no cot available), big for Paris. Breakfast was better then I expected, the plus side the coffee was made from the beans, very modern coffee machine, so lattes, etc available.

The Hauteville Opera hotel has a very unique character - quirky but enjoyably so. The mock stone walls in our room & the dining area are not your usual hotel furnishings and our room also had other interesting features, such as the minibar in the bathroom and the toilet directly opposite a large window (we weren't sure how much we could trust the frosted glass!)
Our double room was small but comfortable and clean. The only real negative was the shower which was over the bath but with no shower curtain.
The buffet breakfast was good and the dining area was adequate, although very cramped and with low ceilings.
Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful and directed us to a very good restaurant where we had the best meal of our stay.
The location of the hotel was also a positive - it is well situated to use as a base for exploring the city.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and thought the hotel was reasonably good value for money.

We stayed at the Hauteville Opera Hotel, Paris for one night. Its a lovely hotel. Loved the stone effect in the room. They have the same effect going on in the breakfast room, its almost like being in a cave... a lovely warm, well lit one - it was really nice.
They have obviously put a great deal of work into the appearance.
The room was a good size and very comfortable. Bed was lovely.
We got good advice on things to do from reception.
The view from our window was the length of Rue Hauteville and it was beautiful.
We left our bags until 6pm on the day we checked out and there was no hassle about it at all. Something we totally appreciated as it meant we could enjoy our last hours around Paris with ease.
We would recommend without heistation.
