Customer Reviews for Hilton Grosvenor Hotel Glasgow
Our Customer stayed here in February 2010
We had to change rooms after one night because the radiator was boiling hot making the room feel like a sauna and we were told that it couldn't be turned down. The room we were then given was smaller and the radiator was cold. Luckily the temperature in the room was ok. We were told by the lady on duty when we complained that none of the radiators can be controlled and they are either hot or cold. They are apparently in the process of upgrading the boilers even though they have owned the hotel for 7 years. We said they should warn their customers either on arrival or with a note in the room. We paid £40 per night more for this hotel than we normally do in Glasgow - a treat as we were up for our daughter's 21st party. This is a 4 star hotel and we would expect more. We were not happy!
