The hotel is right in the hotel district of Cancun and is just 15 minutes from the city centre. The nearest shopping amenities and the Plaza Caracol are around 6 km away. Mujeres Island is 30 km away, Playa del Carmen is 65 km away, Xcaret 70 km away, Xel-Ha around 80 km away and Tulum is 120 km from the hotel. Cancun International Airport is just around a 20-minute drive away.

Room Description

The spacious rooms each come with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer. As well as a direct dial telephone every room is equipped with a satellite/ cable TV, a radio alarm clock, Internet access, an iron and ironing board, a balcony or terrace, air conditioning (centrally regulated), a room safe and either a king-size bed or double beds. There are also rooms with connecting doors or children's beds and non-smoking rooms available. Additional beds are available.

Meals

Arenas restaurant serves up national and international specialities. In Diletto guests can enjoy Italian dishes. There is also a snack bar close to the swimming pool.

Sports/Entertainment

There are 2 outdoor swimming pools on site, with a children's paddling section, sun loungers, face and body massage services, water aerobics and a hotel gym with special equipment for cardiovascular workouts. Furthermore, guests can take advantage of the various sports activities on offer, including jet skiing, pedal boating, handball, beach-volleyball and table tennis. There is a programme of organised entertainment for guests of all ages. Pokta Pok Golf Course is a 20-minute walk from the hotel.

Remarks

At time of check-in guets will be asked to establish a credit, either by credit card or deposit. So guests may charge any consumptions not covered on their room plan purchased to an incidental account and pay any balance upon check-out.
