The Hotel was a minute & A half from John Lennon airport,couldn't believe how close it was.Fab Looking Hotel,clean...had everything you needed,and if you forgot anything it was available at reception.The complimentary breakfast was an added bonus,available from 4a.m. I would recommend you contact the hotel before you arrive ,as to have them order one of their taxi's to collect you from airport, it's so much cheaper(£2.50) than the black cabs.I Would recommend The Holiday Inn

The hotel room was very clean in particular the bathroom/shower. The staff were very friendly and most helpful. The rooms were small and the services offered minimal. This hotel represents good value for money if you just need a place to put your head down without any of the frills.

arrived late which i had told the hotel about in advance, no hassle checking in, got a drink at the bar rooms comfortable and breakfast basic but very nice. 2.50 for cab to airport next morning would definitely recommend to a friend.

WE were at a match in Manchester and were late getting back. It was approx 1.30am there was someone waiting for us at the door when we arrived.
We were greeted pleasently we made some tea in our roomand all in all we enjoyed our stay atthe airport holiday inn.

This hotel was well located beside John Lennon airport and was obviously fairly new. A few things though did bother
> The room was ice cold when we got to it , I don't expect the heating to be on but the room as just baltic when we arrived
> They had no record of the booking at all and this resulted in a 20 minutes delay in getting to the room.

I found the hotel to be very clean, the staff friendly and we got a shuttle bus back to the airport free of charge. I would definately reccomend this hotel.

Very friendly staff who were very helpful. Arrived in late from a delayed flight due to snow - pleasant room and taxi arranged and paid for to go and from airport. Slightly out from the airport however.
