Location
The hotel is located directly opposite the departure terminal of Glasgow International Airport. It is the closest hotel to the terminal buildings and approx. 10 minutes from the city centre with numerous shopping and entertainment options. The shopping centre SECC Braehead, the indoor ski slope Xscape Ski Dome and IKEA are situated approx. 5 minutes away from the hotel. With direct motorway access, guests have a quick and easy connection to tourist attractions such as Loch Lomond, the Trossachs, Stirling and Edinburgh. Golf courses in and around Troon in Ayrshire, the home of Rabbie Burns, are also within easy reach.
How To Get There
From Glasgow, from the east: Exit the motorway M8 at junction 28, and follow the signs for the hotel. From Greenock, from the west: Exit the motorway M8 at junction 29, and follow the exit directly to the hotel.
Room Description
The guest rooms are all modern and furnished to meet the needs of travellers. Each room features a desk with a reading lamp, high-speed Internet access and a satellite TV. There is a free newspaper delivery service to the rooms. Additionally, the hotel offers a video rental service (for a fee). To ensure individual comfort and relaxation, guests may choose from a selection of different pillow types.
Meals
The restaurant Traders on the ground floor serves breakfast and dinner with a variety of traditional and contemporary dishes. In the mornings, an extensive buffet is offered, or guests may choose to order an English breakfast. Also on the ground floor, directly next to the foyer, is the lounge/bar Abbotsinch, providing drinks, snacks and light meals.
Sports/Entertainment
The hotel bar features a large, digital plasma TV with satellite broadcast of sports events. Guests can also enjoy live music in the bar on Friday evenings. There is a gym and health centre for guests outside the hotel.

Best location. Room had everything I needed and was clean and comfortable. Good bus links to the city center,
I was staying at the airport as I was in Glasgow for a funeral and was flying back the following morning at 7am. I arrived at the hotel at 8.30am on morning of my stay expecting at most the capability to just drop my bag at the hotel. However, the staff with out me even asking could I check in early got me into my room straight away. Rooms - The rooms were superb for the money paid and I would not hesitate to stay here again. Good size tv (important), clean room, shower head spotless (something I always check!) and plenty of towels etc. Location - From walking out of my room I was at the security gate in 5 mins. For those of you who like to stay in bed as long as you can this hotel can not be beaten for location at the airport.
I've stayed here a few times and the standard is what I have come to expect. One blemish however was that this is the first time I have been charged for parking. Although the 10 Pound fee still made the stay cheaper than if I had used another web site it was an unexpected surprise when I checked out in the morning.
I paid £42 with breakfast included which is fantastic value. Best location for the airport, only a 2 minute walk. Small room but had everything I needed. I had to open the window as the room was too hot. Good traditional breakfast buffet.
