Good location and clean tidy hotel with helpful staff

Adequate space and comfort for location.

Having stayed here on a few occassions now I am never disappointed. The staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble from the reception staff, to concierge, bar staff and cleaning staff, As always I extend special thanks to Jaffa who without a doubt gives exeptional customer service each and every time we visit. Rooms are clean and comfortable, a good nights sleep always guaranteed. It is located within easy reach of Kings Cross and bus stops, tube stations are close by.I would recommend this hotel

Good Lovcation. Suitable for Couples. Reception Staff not the best.New manager seems to be much better. Good value Food good but a little expensive. Would return. ... 2 Irish couples..

Our stay was enjoyable, the hotel was very clean and food good. The location of the hotel was perfect for us as we were travelling both from and to Luton Airport. Staff friendly and helpful.

I have stayed at this hotel 4 times this year, it is clean and comfortable, the staff are amazing and nothing is ever any trouble to them. Facilities are good; and I will definately stay here again. It is not far from Kings Cross station (about 15mins walk) and there are bus stops close by to go into town.
