A lot of mishaps in this place. We had booked two rooms from Thurs-Mon morning, on arrival they said they could only find one room booked, not impressed, they gave us a room key and when we attempted to leave our stuff in, there was already someone in our room, we were then given another room, which was a twin when we'd ordered a double, switched rooms AGAIN and finally were able to settle in and unpack. The manager Simon was very apologetic and sympathetic, but still didn't make up for all the moves. The rooms were fine, standard, bed to sleep on and whatnot. The next day arriving back to the hotel our key cards didn't work, for both rooms, when we went to reception we were told we were supposed to check out that day and check into another room, of which we had not been informed, very annoying again. Upon each trip back to our room, bar ONE, we had to get our key cards reset. We had breakfast included which was standard buffet, and the restaurant food was quite good. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, sympathetic when needed but any time there was a problem (and it didn't seem to just be with us, we saw other customers with problems too, often the key card problem), it seemed like they had never dealt with it before and didn't know how to solve the problem. It was an alright stay, but will think twice about staying here next time

We enjoyed our stay only two things, 1. On arrival to our room it was cold & 2.it was a bit out from the city. Staff were extremely friendly & very helpful, hotel itself was very nice. Thank you to all for making our stay very enjoyable.

This hotel is ideally situated for events in the MEN Arena. The rooms are spacious and spotless. The staff are friendly and most accommodating to guests.

Nicely kept, no problems whatsoever, staff very friendly and helpful. The 33 and 69 bus routes pass just around the corner down the road, get off/on at Sainsburys Regent Road, only takes about 10 minutes. Taxi costs about £7-£8 from the Oxford station side of the city.
