Customer Reviews for Holiday Inn Oxford Circus Hotel London
Our Customer stayed here in February 2012
The location of the hotel was superb .The room was small and basic it suited us . We found the staff (mainly reception) to be a little off hand and curt , while they were not rude the were not polite either. We would stay here again mainly because of the location , not the staff.

My Daughter and I stayed here for 2 nights last week. The room was lovely and clean, and i really appreciated having a smoking room as they are so hard to find nowdays. The food was excellent both at breakfast and evening dinner. The staff throughout the Holiday Inn were very friendly and so very helpful, when requested they even brought a weighing scales to our room so we could weigh our luggage. The hotel price was very reasonable and a great location. We would definately stay at this hotel again.

We arrived a little early and had to wait until 2pm before being checked in. I understand the checkin policy but other people were checked in while we sat in reception.
The room was small, it was small for London. As i was lying in the bed my wife would hit my feet hanging over the end of the bed when she got up to the bathroom during the night.
The hotel was clean and tidy, no issues to report.
I don't think it is good value for money.

Overall the hotel was ok, the room was comfortable and clean, it was however a little small. The location of the hotel was the biggest dissapointment, before booking the hotel the description said it was a very short walk from bond st tube station, it wasn't a short walk especially when you have big cases to bring with you. There is also not alot to do around the hotel at night, not too many restaurants etc to eat out, and the bars close by and in the hotel are a complete rip off, I got charged £6.50 for a glass of wine in one nearby bar. We ended up walking down to leister square which is at least a 20 - 30 minute walk away. Overall, the hotel would be grand if you are just visiting the city to go shopping on Oxford Street but other than that I would not reccommend.
