Very friendly and helpful receptionist. Clean business hotel, conveniently located 3 mins across from the station which is handy if its late and snowing when you arrive. Station has both and a direct and a one-change service to the airport. Tasty, ripe and complimentary satsumas available at reception - nice to get in December and cheaper than room service!
