Just back from a short stay at the Wolcott Hotel.Excellent value. The hotel was spotless,good sized bedroom and bathroom. Our room was at the back of the Hotel, no noise whatsoever. There were no delays or queues when checking in or out. There was a transportation desk with a receptionist present to organise airport transport. We used the service booked in advance, round trip 42dollars,excellent service also. The hotel was very convenient for Herald Square (macys) Broadway, and Port Authority. Staff were helpful when approached,and there was an excellent storage area, with good sized lockers for luggage once you checked out, this cost less than a dollar. Would highly recommend this Hotel for a short shopping trip. There was no bar or restaurant in the Hotel which did not matter to us.There were excellent restaurants and bars adjacent.
