Quite good overall. Rooms need to be refurbished but the internal garden is superb. Food was excellent but more staff needed. The waitresses were run off their feet which detracts from the dining experience. Shuttle bus details/times were not posted in the room (other than the 1 euro charge) and this would have made a difference for planning departure time.
The Dublin Airport Clarion cannot be beaten for cleanliness, friendliness and proximity to the Airport. We received our usual excellent service in all areas.
We stayed one night prior to flying out on holidays. Comfortable room and transfer to airport worked like clockwork even at 5.30a.m. Good value. Bar area has no atmosphere but we were happy to get a good nights sleep and werent tempted to sit there and have a drink. Took it up to room instead.
Room was large and clean. Hotel was convenient to the Airport. All round great value.
This was a great choice for a very early flight the next morning. We arrived early and they had a room available so we were able to leave our suitcases there, leave our rental car back and then go into Dublin for the rest of the day.We had dinner at the hotel in the evening and it was very good. The shuttle from the hotel was right on time for picking us up at 4.15am. the next morning. The staff in the hotel were very courteous and helped us with the EFlow tolls to pay. All in all this was a very good stay and we will definitely stay there again.
Excellent hotel...have stayed on many occasions as visit family nearby. Rooms large and comfortable. All very clean and bathrooms of high standard. Staff are always available to answer your needs. Great breakfast. Great value for money.

We stayed in the Radisson Blu Hotel, Dublin Airport on the night of April 14th last and had a great experience. We arrived into Dublin Airport at 12.00 midnight tired after a long day which had ended in a 3 and a half hour flight from Malta. Arrived at the Radisson pick-up point only to find that the regular shuttle bus ends at 11 p.m. Phoned the Radisson number which is listed thereon and was answered by a very courteous young man who stated that the bus would collect us in 5 minutes. True to trust the mini-bus arrived promply and we were transported to the hotel. Our check in was pain-free and our room was lovely and comfortable. Next morning we enjoyed a lovely breakfast (slightly dearer than other hotels we have stayed in)and left feeling very satisfied with your hotel. We again availed of the shuttle bus into the airport and continued our journey to Mayo. We will definitely be recommending your hotel to our friends.
The hotel was busy when we arrived. However Reception seemed to be coping. The bus shuttle service from Dublin Airport was supposed to run every 15 minutes. However eventually , because of pressure of guests waiting we phoned the hotel. I had asked for a room with space. My husband had an accident during our holiday and was on crutches. We were given a room (132) with a wet room. No offer of any help with the bags. The room was small. If one was in a wheelchair it would be hard to negotiate. There was (in my opinion) no extra space. In fact it was full of chairs. Entrance to the loo would have been difficult with a wheelchair. As for the shower. There was a small plastic curtain around it. The curtain rings were impossible to move. My complaint is the seat. I would hate to be in a position to have it as my only alternative. It was dirty. The unidentifiable black stuff along along the rim/wall was best not looked at too closely. There were black marks (maybe scratches) on the seat. Normally easily removed with a good scrub. I am writing this to preclude anyone else having to use that room. Things should be looked at with a fresh eye. The doors in the rooms and along the corridor were chipped and looked tatty. Our telephone rang twice during the night. Someone's idea of hilarity! The staff were very good in all areas. It was a pleasure to deal with them.

The hotel was lovely, the only negative I would have is we arrived at 3pm and the room was not ready
Lovely greeting upon arrival. Room not ready but we didn't mind. Room itself was lovely. Toilet roll holder in bathroom was broken. Leisure facilities lovely. Bar - not great. Very lacking in atmosphere. Staff not very friendly at all. Bar food was bland. Asked waitress for mayonaise - felt like I had asked something wrong. Not impressed at all. Shower next morning - horrible. Turned on shower and it was boiling. I tried to turn it down - absolutely freezing. I eventually got it to lukewarm and as soon as I stood under it, the centre of the spray was boiling water. Hot enough to burn. I got out of shower. I did explain about this to reception upon departure as it would appear thermostat broken. Receptionist handled situation very well and apologised sincerely and asked if I was ok. Breakfast. I paid extra to have breakfast. We looked at room service menu but decided to go down to restaurant. Staff there are borderline rude and not friendly at all. Cold buffet - lovely and lot of choice but no brown bread? Hot buffet - bacon like cardboard. We ate at 9.30 so it's not as if they were sitting there a while. Not much flavour. No choice of eggs (this was on room service menu) which annoyed my other half as the scrambled egg on display was a joke. There was potato on room service menu but this wasn't displayed. When we selected our table, tea, coffee & toast were plonked on table. I don't eat white bread so this was a little disappointing as other places always ask if you would like toast. Trying to get someone's attention to get some brown toast was also difficult and again it was like a scene out of Oliver - you want more? Dreadful. Lot of positives but the bar and bar food leave a lot to be desired. With the exception of the reception staff (who were lovely) and staff at leisure centre, the staff here are not friendly at all. No atmosphere in bar.

Booked hotel through roomex ,much cheaper than going directly through the hotel themselves. Thanks had a lovely time
The shower was over the bath and as my room mate was semi disabled I requested a change to disabled facilities. I was given another room with the shower still over the bath. The only change was 2 handrails on the wall. It certainly was not disabled friendly.
