Very good location, breakfast excellent, staff friendly and helpful. Early check-in accommodated was very helpful.

I booked this weekend for my wife and her family so I have asked her to give me her review of the Liner. Staff were helpful and courteous, Food was lovely and plenty of variety. Rooms were nice but could have been cleaner no cold water coming into the shower so you could not have a shower for fear of being burned.

Very pleased with our stay,three adults and one child overnight.Staff very pleasant,rooms neat and tidy all amenities including coffee and tea making facilities and excellent shower. Breakfast good,service in the bar in the evening slow and a build up of glasses and crockery in the bar area,however there were big numbers of customers as the weekend coincided with a festival in the area. Overall our stay was very good would certainly return

Stayed two nights to see a concert at the Echo. Have stayed here quite a few times mainly because it's very handy for everything we need. Was slightly concerned to hear from reception that a hen night and stag night were staying during our stay and any problems to report to reception but we never heard anything and had no problems at all. Will certainly be using Hotel again

hi dont usually do reveiws. we stayed in this hotel which was clean and had some nice staff when we arrived we were told that they had no non smoking rooms available even though we booked a non smoking room.this was only drawback to good weekend as we could not hang around room with the stench of cig smoke.we only were staying for 2 nights so we said we would put up with it.

Our stay here was above expectations and more than satisfactory. The staff were extremeley courteous and went above and beyond for the few small requests we made. Breakfast was well stocked and had a large selection available. We will be back.

I enjoyed my stay in the Britannia Adelphi Hotel. It is very centrally placed, just a short walk from Lime Street Station and very centrally placed with all you need close by. The room was warm and cormfortable and there was a self service buffet in the morning. I would stay here again :)

Phoned twice about parking in the hotel garage and man on reception was extremely rude. The bedroom and landing were overbearingly hot. Breakfast was poor (especially the choice of cereal etc ) and general atmosphere was like a very overcrowded school outing. The only good experience was when we got into the hotel garage where the attendant was extremely helpful and courteous.

Fab location, lovely large room with a great view. Staff very helpful in particular giving advice about the room heating as it was a very cold weekend. One small negative point is that we have stayed at another Holiday Inn where there was a greater choice for breakfast, however we would definitely stay there again.

We were very happy with our stay at this hotel. However on arrival we were offered double rooms instead of twin rooms, ordered at time of booking. This was confirmed by phone before we travelled. The staff there wanted to charge us 15stg per room extra for single beds. As a result we were given 2 fold up single beds after having to complain to the Manager

Very happy with hotel as it was a perfect location right in the centre of the city. As we arrived v early on Sat am we were offered breakfast which was included in the overnight stay and as we would not be able to avail of it the following morning because we had to catch an early flight home. Satisfied with everything and would def stay there again

Great place to stay in Liverpool. Very close to city centre and bus stop. Nice decor and lovely rooms, clean with broadband access, although it is not free. On the negative side, the bar is very expensive with alcohol at premium pricing and early check-in was unavailable on the day we arrived although the hotel did have a luggage room which was very handy. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice and the staff, although mostly foreign, where very helpful and pleasant. All in all, I would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay close to the heart of all things Liverpool...

I only stayed in The Crowne Plaza for one night but must say It was very pleasant. The bed was divine and we did not want to leave.Our evening dinner was also beatiful and the staff very professional and pleasant. We will defintely return as the facilities and central location won our hearts.
