We had a very enjoyable & comfortable stay in the Russell Hotel, the room was very nice and had a lovely bathroom with powerfull shower. Breakfast was plenty and tasty and the staff were really friendly. Russell Square tube stop is right around the corner which is on the Piccadilly line. Just a couple of things we thought could be improved - drink prices at the bar were quite high (even for hotel prices) and there was no free WiFi (even though you can go around the corner to Pret-A-Manger and for the price of a coffee have all the free WiFi you want). However saying this i would definately stay here again.

I stayed at the Russell Hotel on the 07th of October last . I had researched a lot of hotels before I travelled & booked this hotel due to comments of great location & character . This hotel really lived up to my expectations and more . The building is truly amazing ! The room was very modern and luxurious. Breakfast was served in a fabulous hugh victorian hall . Just around the corner is the subway and one stop away from the central line . I will be recommending this hotel to all my friends. Great location , great standard of accommodation & most of all a brilliant rate received from Roomex considering a lot of the upper end hotels in London are very expensive .

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and did not sleep very well. There was a building site at the end of the street that worked 24 hours a day.All night long the Police Ambulance and Fire Engines kept us awake. Breakfast was a lottery with a 1000 people grabing for food. The room was clean and tidy but then it was not very big. It definatly was not a 4 star Hotel WE would not dream of using this hotel again. The only thing going for it was it was so central for everything.

We were very pleased with the St. Giles Hotel in London. Room and bathroom were very clean and staff were friendly.

I always stay at the Strand Palace in London , it's in a great location in Covent Garden , it's close to all the theatres in the West End and the hotel itself is well kept and the rooms are clean and good value for money, including the breakfast buffet which has a hot counter along with the usual breakfast cereals , toast etc. Iv'e been staying at this hotel for years each time I visit London ..

Stayed here for three nights with some family for a Theatre break. Location great, rooms comfortable, facilities excellent. I particularly liked the small business centre with free internet access and printing facilities. The only negative was a long wait for a table at breakfast on one morning, but the staff were very helpful and resolved the issue as quickly as possible. We are already planning a return visit.

WE arrived from a early flight. The hotel was amazing, perfect location and the bar and food were great! Only one down fall the room was cold and small, couldnt get the heat into us at all :(

I really enjoy to stay at this hotel the staff are helpful and the service was very good the room is clean. The hotel has aperfect location , this my 6th time to stay in Cumberland for vacation. I recommend this hotel to all.

My stay in London was the best ever as a result of the fantastic accommodation we were given in the Hyde Park Hotel. The double room was huge and so comfortable. It was real value for money. Access to the Central London was so easy.

We have been going to London twice yearly for the last 6 years and The Hyde Park Hotel was our best experience. We could not believe the value for money. Our room was outstanding. It was very spacious and the bed was so comfortable! It was an added bonus to have a fridge, microwave and kettle not to mention the iron/board and hairdryer - what more could anyone want. I was so impressed I am telling all my friends!

The location of the hotel was superb .The room was small and basic it suited us . We found the staff (mainly reception) to be a little off hand and curt , while they were not rude the were not polite either. We would stay here again mainly because of the location , not the staff.

My Daughter and I stayed here for 2 nights last week. The room was lovely and clean, and i really appreciated having a smoking room as they are so hard to find nowdays. The food was excellent both at breakfast and evening dinner. The staff throughout the Holiday Inn were very friendly and so very helpful, when requested they even brought a weighing scales to our room so we could weigh our luggage. The hotel price was very reasonable and a great location. We would definately stay at this hotel again.

Thanks for the service at my recent stay. The room was perfect, the service was excellent and the breakfast was a proper continental one...all very good.

Comfortable room, good breakfast, polite staff, very clean, most reasonable price I could find with an ideal location for a visit to London made even better by the first time I had seen snow in Central London (although not sure Holiday Inn can claim credit for that!) Will be returning

A great place to stay when in London with very comfortable rooms and serving an excellent buffet breakfast. Only a two minute walk from Russell Square Tube giving easy access to all that London has to offer. I would certainly stay here again.

Myself and my boyfriend spent 3 nights in the Millenniun Mayfair for New Years and we couldn't compliment the hotel enough. From the moment we arrived,everything was plain sailing all the way. Our room was available for check-in upon arrival at 11.30am. The Bond Street tube stop was less than a 5 minute walk away, not to mention a 5 minute walk to both Oxford St and Bond St. The area was lovely, the staff were very helpful and the entire stay was so relaxed. We would highly reccommend the hotel and will definitley be returning on our next trip to London.

Very pleased with our stay at Millenium Hotel. There was a party of seven and no complaints. Location was excellent and we had no taxis or tubes to take when accessing the city centre. Staff were most helpful and polite and most importantly very welcoming. Would definitely return.
