Comfortable room, good breakfast, polite staff, very clean, most reasonable price I could find with an ideal location for a visit to London made even better by the first time I had seen snow in Central London (although not sure Holiday Inn can claim credit for that!) Will be returning

A great place to stay when in London with very comfortable rooms and serving an excellent buffet breakfast. Only a two minute walk from Russell Square Tube giving easy access to all that London has to offer. I would certainly stay here again.

Much better standard of accomodation than anywhere else Ive stayed in London. Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast, nice staff. Good location very close to Regents Park station and even closer to great portland st station. Very close to Madame Tussauds and London Zoo and quite a few nice restaurants nearby as well as chains including nandos and pizza express. Would definately stay here again.

The hotel is very well located close to three tube stations. the reception and bar were well maintained but the bedroom could be updated the bathroom particularly felt grotty. overall the stay was good value guven the price and location. if I was returning to London I would stay there again.

Very nice hotel with a modern design. We were 2 adults and our 17 years old daughter. Thus we got a triple room. Not very big, but adequate. Superb beds. The bathroom was very nice, modern and clean, as the rest of the hotel. Superb restaurant and friendly staff. We can definitely recommend Megaro Hotel.

hotel very good we checked in early they asked if we wanted to be upgraded for £30 per night to an executive room thought that included the level lounge but which included free wifi and tea coffee etc during the day we had no access to that otherwise would have given the hotel a 5 star award everything else was good except for the price of drink in the bar

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights in March,2010. On arrival at 11am we were offered an upgrade for £30 for the 2 nights. The room was extremely comfortable and well decorated as well as being clean and well appointed. It was quiet, a huge benefit in London. The staff were competent and friendly. A concierge was on hand to advise on cinemas, concerts, travel etc and he was there to hail a taxi if required. Breakfasts were self service with plenty of choice from continental style to full English. The lobby and other main areas of the hotel were tastefully decorated as well as having lovely fresh orchid arrangements. There was live non intrusive music in the main bar on the two evenings we were there. I strongly recommend this hotel which is just 2 minutes walk from Great Portland Street Underground Station.

Very pleasant staff, well presented comfortable room though decor is a little dated, good overall experience.

Room was pleasant but late night Snack at the bar was not great. Breakfast had a great selection of fruits, cereals, cold meats, cheeses and the standard fry.
