The hotel is five star from lobby to room. The room we stayed in was a king size luxury suite and luxurious it most certainly was. Plenty of room - the bed area was separated from the separate large sitting area which was at a lower level down steps, with its own corner couch, coffee table and office desk complete with fax machine and internet connection. The bathroom contained a shower, large bath, separate toilet cublicle and even a tv. Beds were very confortable to sleep in. Loads of restaurants to choose from for every taste and budget. Staff were ever so helpful and courteous. The Gondolas through the hotel were wonderful. The location was terrific, right in the middle of the main strip. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Well done to Roomex for offering this hotel at such great value.

Wow what a place. On check-in they provide you with a map and you will need it as there is a lot to this hotel and also the Palazzo as both hotels are linked in together. There is so much to do that you are spoiled for choice and that is just in the hotel complex/resort so can you imageine what is to offer outside and on the strip itself. The staff are very friendly and helpful and if you need anything at all the concierge desk is a must as they helped us get tickets for the Cirque du Soleil O at the Bellagio, gave us directions and information on the shopping outlets and also for recommended restaurants and if you need bookings outside of the hotel they did that also. Absolute A1 on service We stayed in the Venezia Tower and it was fabulous. The rooms are amazingly large with a sitting area that you step down into from the sleeping area and glass windows from floor to ceiling gives great view. Our view was over the terraced pool area of the Venezia Tower and was lovely. The glass is tinted so you can look out but nobody can see in and keeps a lot of the sun out so not overbearingly bright. Tons of facilities to choose from and we used the pool areas of which there are three. For food there is choices for all kinds of budgets and watch the portion sizes as they are on the very large size for most of the mid to lower ranged restaurants. Didnt venture into some of the more expensive eateries but the menus displayed outside each restaurant was very tempting. For night life you get guest entry to both nightclubs in the Venetian (Tao) and in the Palazzo (Lava) so put your name down with the concierge to get free admittance. We got tokens for free continental breakfast but it is the only downfall to the hotel as it was extremely basic. Do not expected to survive on it for the dayand might be more worth paying the €0 supplement and gettign the full hot breakfast which was more appetising. Cant wait to go back as dont think I would be tempted to stay anywhere else in Vegas as loved the Venetian. Highly recommned it to everyone.

We had a great experience at this hotel. Fabulous room overlooking the pyramid of the Luxor. Wheel chair accessible bathroom was fantastic - spacious, spotlessly clean. The staff were attentive, immaculately dressed. Conceirge were helpful and the hotel engineer went out of his way to mend my wheelchair which BA had damaged in transit. Valet parking didn't feel optional - though the front desk staff did agree to waive the $17 daily charge when I asked about disabled parking. They also wanted $150 daily charge for incidentals - which they reduced to $100 for the first day and then as required for charges. If you can get breakfast inluded rate - take it, as room service breakfast was between $60 and $85 for both of us each day once the tax was included, with only one person having a cooked breakfast. The peace and quiet of the hotel - and being smoke free (unlike the casinos), was fabulous. Dinner in the Italian Veranda Restaurant was very special - they made exactly what we asked for and accommodated for allergies etc with style which was lovely. The pool was a very relaxing, calm place and staff are attentive. We spent a substantial amount tipping staff some of whom hover around, though service charges are included in each transaction. Brilliant start to our honeymoon - though they didnt do anything special to mark that - the hotel experince was very enjoyable.

Comfortable, quiet, a refuge after the bustle of the strip! Refreshing to have the garden to walk in. Plenty of room in the restaurant and the food was good. Will recommend to friends.

A superb Hotel and I would say the best in Vegas right now. Its new just over one year old, it is conected to the Wynn by a shopping esplanade. Same owner,Steve Wynn and extremely modern and fresh. Stayed 5 nights with my husband in a regular room,excellent layout,spacious bathroom,very good use of space. Great view overlooing the Golf Course. Smaller boutique hotel to the bigger sister Wynn but ideal for us. We do not like the hustle and bustle of mass crowds which we have seen in other hotels in Vegas. It is just the right size, the casino area is a perfect size too and never over crowded.The lighting in the hotel is so decorative and the butterfly carpets are a masterpiece. Everything is bright and has a cotemporary feel to it. The Spa is amazing although pricey, a wash and blow dry in the hair salon costs about $90!It is walking distance to the Venetian hotel and the Fashion mall across the road. We hired a ferrari for one day(Dream Rentals -1 block north of the Encore, excellent service) to cruise the strip and did a lovely spin out to Red Rock which was wonderful for photos. We did the Grand Canyon the last time we were there and thats a definate trip to tick a box on although I think seen it once is enough. The restaurants in the Encore are pretty impressive and the choice of enjoying the Wynn restuarants also is a bonus. Would highly recommend Daniel Bouley's Bistro at the Wynn and you are in for a visual surprise with the water feature shows every 20-30 minutes. My husband is an avid golfer but did not play at the Hotel Golf Club as it was very pricey $500 a round, he highly recommends a lesson at the Butch Harmon's school of Golf although its a good half hour drive away but he felt it was all worth it $300 a lesson! We stayed at The Palazzo the last time we were there and its still a very impressive Hotel but too big and busy for our liking. We were very lucky to catch Jay-Z in concert during his tour as he is the coolest guy ever although My husband and I are not huge hip/hop/rap fans but he put on an amazing concert. Absolutely loved The Beatles 'Love' show at The Mirage. Also saw 'The Lion King' at The Mandalay which was really good and no doubt kids would even love it more. Saw 'O' the last time we were there and it is a definate must. We love the Cirque shows and would not consider a trip to Vegas without seeing at least one. On a negative note: The A/C in the hotel room is not very central and I found the bathroom too warm .Apart from room service there is nowhere to get food after 1030/1100 even the food restaurants available in the Wynn do not service very good food after 1100. The internet rates in the room cost about $14 per day. Overall a superb experience and would rank the Encore as the #1 hotel followed by the Wynn then The Venetian/Palazzo and maybe in third place The Bellagio.
