Good quality hotel in an impressive modern building, but not up to 5 star rating advertised. Very friendly reception and nice surprise welcome due to birthday, with tray of goodies delivered to room. Rooms were good but facilities minimal and limited bathroom products. Good bar and restaurant facilities but the waiters were less than attentive and service was sluggish. The hotel is central but there are rundown shops and buildings in the immediate vicinity.
