Good quality hotel in excellent location but not particularly close ...

Good quality hotel in excellent location but not particularly close to public transport. Reception area is relatively small and overcrowded for a hotel of it's size and the situation isn't helped by less than intuitive self-service machines. Roomex 'voucher' caused some delay, with receptionist needing to go to back office to verify. Good range of facilities and good guality comfortable rooms. Service was friendly, if a little impersonal. Good range of on-site facilites.
