Renovated in 2005, the hotel consists of a main building and several annexes in the style of bungalows, comprising a total of 213 accommodation units, of which 11 are junior suites and 12 are apartments. Guests are received in the air-conditioned foyer of this beach hotel with safe, currency exchange counter, several lifts, and a cosy sitting area. Facilities on offer include a souvenir shop, a small supermarket, a car rental desk, a TV room and lounge, and an on-site nightclub. Sociable evenings can also be enjoyed in one of the pleasant hotel bars. Guests may take advantage of the public Internet access or bicycle hire (charges apply), and there is a laundry service available. Younger guests may let off some steam in the play area or the kid's club (for 4 to 11 year olds).

Location

This hotel is located on the southeast coast of Corfu in the resort of Agios Ioannis. The complex is surrounded by woods, lies on a slight hilly incline and is only across the road from the wide pebble beach, which can be reached via the hotel underpass. The village of Benitzes is only 2 km from hotel building and can easily be reached by public transport, where guests will find countless shops and entertainment venues. The nearest public transport stop can be found in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. The centre of the city of Corfu lies some 16 km from the hotel.

Room Description

The tastefully appointed rooms all come with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV with radio functionality, a small fridge, and a hire safe. Centrally regulated air conditioning and heating and tea and coffee making facilities are also provided as standard in all rooms. The junior suites are more spacious and feature adjustable air conditioning as well as a separate lounge. The apartments offer the same fittings as the suites and additionally include a separate bedroom and a modern kitchenette. All accommodation units have either a balcony or a terrace, some with sea views.

Sports/Entertainment

There is a swimming pool with children's area offering views over the beach and sea located on the roof terrace of the main building. Guests can relax on the sun terrace with free loungers and parasols laid out ready for use, or enjoy a massage (charges apply). Chilled drinks are available at the poolside snack bar. Sports enthusiasts can take part in the entertainment programme or play tennis, table tennis, miniature golf, or beach volleyball. There is an aerobics programme, a billiards table, and courses in archery available. Pedaloes and canoes can be hired on the beach, while there is a seasonal entertainment programme every evening with live music and themed evenings.
