Room: 4/5 Although well appointed, the room showed some wear and tear. Bathroom had a leak which was resolved quickly No evidence of internet connectivity in the room - b8ut as aholoday hotel- - not an issue. Reception : 5/5 The reception staff were helpful - although a certain gentleman seemed to enjoy conflict. We could not find any evidence of concierge - although considering that 95% of hotel's The advertised internet room - was inoperable Food and Beverage: 5/5 The bar staff were excellant - as was the entertainment. business was package tours - I expect that is not an issue. We really enjoyed the good quality restaurants (chinese and italian) onsite - as the tourist restaurants outside were unappealing and the local restaurants are more than 1.5 miles from the hotel strip.
