Our Customer stayed here in June 2011
we arrived at 9.00am and the room was ready for us.as like most hotels in dubai check in time is 2.00pm.i had e-mailed about two weeks before and requested an early check in as we were checking out at 7.00am.it was great to go straight to bed as we were on an over night flight.we had breakfast every morning and it was a great selection.something for everyone.the hotel is spotless clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful.i had read bad reviews about this hotel but i had to see for myself. we loved our stay there and would certainly go back and stay there again and again.thanks ibis Deira city centre for all your good work.
