Customer Reviews for All Seasons Hotel Paris Charles De Gaulle
Our Customer stayed here in January 2011
The hotel was a little difficult to find, but once there we found it comfortable and the service was friendly and efficient. We found the buffet dinner was a little overpriced for what was on offer. The breakfast was very good. The hotel advertises free WIFI access. However, if you do not have a subsciption to a French server already, it is not free.

We thought the hotel was very good value. The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was served early which was good if you had an early flight the next morning. The reception staff were very helpful and pleasant when we had to ask about transport into Paris. The black shuttle service from and to the airport via hotel is excellent. You have to remember to give yourself plenty time to get back to the airport if you have a morning flight as the traffic is very congested around the airport and you could be late for your flight.

After queueing in reception at the wrong hotel for 25 mins we were told to get the black courtesy bus from outside the station. After a further 40 minutes queuing one did arrive but was full to the gills and left lots of passengers stranded. We waited for a further half hour before we arranged a taxi with some other stranded passengers. We showed the address to the taxi driver who then took us to the wrong hotel and then on to the Ibis. This cost 17 Euro's.
On our return to the airport the following morning the bus arrived late and full yet again. Once more lots of passengers were left but we managed to cram ourselves on. The bus was over loaded and dangerous and the service is totally inadequate, especially if your short of time for your flight.
Our room and hotel facilities were okay but after all the stress of getting there it was hard to appreciate anything. There are at least 3 Ibis hotels at CDG airport and we ended up booking the wrong one,

I could not fault the room in any way, being clean and tidy with the usual comforts, the way a good hotel room should be. Staff very friendly,a very relaxing and enjoyable stay and a good selection for breakfast .
Arrived at 23.00 pm from Baku but everybody was still very friendly, and I look forward to using the Hotel again in 2010.
