Inhotel Belgrade

The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. On one occasion they gave free coffees to us and, on the last night champagne. Well done everyone. Should we ever go back to Belgrade we will stay at InHotel.

Coming by train from Germany, we arrived very late at night (about 1.30 a.m.). The check-in service was friendly and helpful. Our double room was modern furnished, absolutely clean (as the bathroom, too). Although the room was not very large for a 4-star-hotel, we felt very well at Inhotel Belgrade. The hotel restaurant was excellent: A complete menu with starter, main dish and dessert costs about 12 EUR, and there's a choice of various dishes. In fact, Inhotel isn't located in Belgrade City Center, but the bus connection is very good: The bus stop is next to the hotel, and Bus No. 601 goes straight on to Belgrade Central station (travel time: 10 min.). All in all, we can really recommend Inhotel Belgrade as a comfortable, very good hotel.

I give this hotel a superb rating because I feel it is probably the best hotel in Belgrade. The design is great (of course, since it is a 'design hotel'), the service was helpful, not stuffy and the food in the restaurant was great (I had some salmon and breakfast). It's nice to have a drink on the roof at night and watch the city lights. The location makes it easy to get to the other side of the river to 'Old Belgrade'. The bus stop is a short 3 minute walk down the sidewalk, the ride is only about 10 minutes and it runs nearly all night. I initially thought the location would make it inconvenient, but I would stay there again. New Belgrade is not particularly interesting, but I'm still glad I saw that part of town which most other tourists probably don't visit.
